Logging in to the Credit Settlement Portal

Follow these steps to log in to the NCR Secure Pay Credit Settlement portal:

  1. Browse to https://portal.ncrsecurepay.com.

If you are logged in to NCR Counterpoint workgroup that corresponds to an NCR Secure Pay store, you can select Point of Sale > Credit Cards > Settle to access the NCR Secure Pay Credit Settlement portal.

  1. On the ClosedNCR Secure Pay Login dialog, enter the Secure Pay Portal Username you received via e-mail when you signed up for Secure Pay in the Login ID field.

  2. Enter the Secure Pay Portal Password you received via e-mail in the Password field.

If you forget your Credit Settlement portal password, click the Forgot Password? link to display the ClosedReset Password dialog, enter your Login ID and Email Address, and then click Submit to have a new password sent to you.

  1. Select the Remember my Login ID check box if you want to automatically fill in your Login ID each time you access the NCR Secure Pay Credit Settlement portal.

  2. Click the Login button to log in and proceed to the NCR Secure Pay Credit Settlement portal.

After 15 minutes of inactivity, you will be required to log in to the NCR Secure Pay Credit Settlement portal again.

If you enter an incorrect Password five times, your store's NCR Secure Pay account access will be locked for 30 minutes.
